From Portland Airport: Driving time is about 1 hour, 20 minutes. Exit the airport onto I-205 South. In a few miles, you will take the I-84 exit for Portland. Follow I-84 to Portland and exit to I-5 South toward Salem. Stay on I-5 South until you reach the Hwy 99 West Exit for Tigard. Stay on 99W through Tigard to Newberg. Go through Newberg almost to the end and take Hwy 240 toward Yamhill. This is a right turn off 99W. Follow 240 through the town of Yamhill. At the flashing light, go straight and 240 becomes Moores Valley Rd. Follow Moores Valley Rd. until you reach a Y. Stay to the right onto Oak Ridge Rd and go to Rockyford Rd. Turn right on Rockyford (this is a gravel road). Go approximately 1 mile to Bear Road. Turn left (it only goes left) and follow Bear Road to the top of the mountain (about 1 mile). Near the top you reach a Y in the road. Go to the right - this is Bear Lane. Follow Bear Lane all the way to the end and come through the main gates of Hideaway Hill B & B. |

From Portland: Driving time is about 1 hour. Leave Portland on I-5 South toward Salem. Follow I-5 South toward Salem until you reach the Hwy 99 West Exit for Tigard. From Salem: Driving time is about 1 hour. Leave Salem on Hwy 22 West. Follow Hwy 22 to Hwy 99W and take a right toward Mcminnville. Stay on 99W through McMinnville. 99W will become Baker St. as it goes through McMinnville. Just as Baker St. again becomes 99W, you will take a left branch off 99W to stay on Baker. Baker will shortly turn into Westside Road. Stay on West Side Road until you get to Oak Ridge Road, about 8.5 miles. Take a left on Oak Ridge to Rockyford Road. Turn right on Rockyford (this is a gravel road). Go approximately 1 mile to Bear Road. Turn left (it only goes left) and follow Bear Road to the top of the mountain. Near the top you reach a Y in the road. Go to the right - this is Bear Lane. Follow Bear Lane all the way to the end and come through the main gates of Hideaway Hill B & B. |

From McMinnville Airport: If you are a pilot, McMinnville, which is only 20 minutes away from us, has a large well equipped airport for private pilots and planes of almost all sizes. Rental cars are available. From the airport, get on Hwy 18 and follow into town. This will put you on 3rd St. Stay on 3rd St. until you reach Baker St. Turn right on Baker St. until you are on 99W (just after the one-way road becomes two-way) and follow Baker St. as it branches to the left off 99W toward West Side Road. Bakeractually becomes Westside Road. Stay on West Side Road until you get to Oak Ridge Road, about 8.5 miles. Take a left on Oak Ridge to Rockyford Road. Turn right on Rockyford (this is a gravel road). Go approximately 1 mile to Bear Road. Turn left (it only goes left) and follow Bear Road to the top of the mountain. Near the top you reach a Y in the road. Go to the right - this is Bear Lane. Follow Bear Lane all the way to the end and come through the main gates of Hideaway Hill B & B. |

From the Oregon Coast - Lincoln City Area: Driving time is about 1 hour. From Hwy 101 that travels up the Oregon Coast line, take Hwy 18 from Lincoln City toward Portland. Stay on 18 until you approach McMinnville and then take 99W through McMinnville. 99W will become Baker St. as it goes through McMinnville. Just as Baker St. again becomes 99W, you will take a left branch off 99W to stay on Baker St. Baker St. will rapidly turn into Westside Road. Stay on West Side Road until you get to Oak Ridge Road, about 8.5 miles. Take a left on Oak Ridge to Rockyford Road. Turn right on Rockyford (this is a gravel road). Go approximately 1 mile to Bear Road. Turn left (it only goes left) and follow Bear Road to the top of the mountain. Near the top you reach a Y in the road. Go to the right - this is Bear Lane. From the Oregon Coast - Seaside/Cannon Beach Area: Driving time is about 2 hours. From the coast, take Hwy 26 toward Portland. In a little over an hour you will reach Hwy 47. Take a right onto 47 and follow it until you reach the small town of Yamhill. At the blinking yellow light in the middle of Yamhill, take a right onto Moores Valley Road. In about a mile or so you will reach a Y where the road splits. Stay to the right onto Oak Ridge Road and follow it to Rockyford Road. Turn right on Rockyford (this is a gravel road). Go approximately 1 mile to Bear Road. Turn left (it only goes left) and follow Bear Road to the top of the mountain. Near the top you reach a Y in the road. Go to the right - this is Bear Lane.
